By shaping gardens, working with heat and gathering people around shared experiences, SoulSprout aims to make the world a little greener, more connected and more alive.
Gardens are designed as living systems that support biodiversity, food and everyday use.
Sauna is used as a simple, grounding practice to slow down and reset.
Retreats are moments to meet new people, learn from nature and connect.
SoulSprout is based in Belgium, with a strong connection to Kimitoön, Finland.
Roots are also growing in Portugal and Indonesia, where future projects and collaborations are taking shape.

I’m Xavier, garden designer and sauna facilitator.
My work is shaped by hands on experience, travel and family life.
I divide my time between Belgium and Finland, where my daughter was born.
Living partly in Finland has deeply influenced the way I work with land, seasons and sauna.
My background lies in permaculture, food forests and working with natural and reused materials.
Through time spent in different landscapes, I’ve learned how place, climate and culture shape outdoor life.
Along the way, sauna and ritual became a natural extension of this work.
A simple way to bring people together, slow down and reconnect.
I enjoy working with people and places that are open to growing something meaningful over time, with care for both land and relationships.
